For two decades, our family has been fortunate to travel to and rent at Sea Colony. We’ve enjoyed the incredible amenities, playing tennis and pickle ball, swimming at the many indoor and outdoor pools, and enjoying the private beach access. Now, we invite you to experience that same fun at our homes we like to call “Serving Sand”.
Sea Colony Guest Passes
Guests receive full community access — private beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts. Passes provided at check-in; number based on occupancy.

Cancellation Policy
45+ days before check-in
Full refund of the total rental fee.
30–45 days before check-in
50% refund of the total rental fee.
Under 30 days
Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Sea Colony does not allow renters to bring pets.
Yes, there are stairs so you may want to consider bringing a gate.
House Rules
- No pets, no smoking, no events/parties. Please be mindful of the neighbors and noise late at night or early in the morning.
